Crafted in the tradition of Burgundy’s Passe-Tout-Grains, our P+G is made from Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir grapes grown in the Cowichan Valley. This wine was fermented with wild yeast and aged for two years in neutral French oak barrels. The combination of these classic Burgundian varietals grown in our cool, coastal climate creates a wine with fresh acidity, bright fruit and spice notes–an ideal companion to our local foods.
