Dry-farmed at saison vineyard in the Cowichan Valley, our Pinot Noir is a blend of four Dijon clones originating from Burgundy, France. This lush and age-worthy wine fermented with wild yeast in oak puncheons, spent eighteen months in neutral oak barrels and was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
