Our chardonnay is grown on the southwest-facing slopes of Mount Newton Bench on the Saanich Peninsula from vines approaching thirty years of age. Fermented with wild yeast in neutral french oak barrels, this elegant and mineral-driven wine spent ten months on lees contributing to its long, silky finish.
