Pinot Noir 2015
Mike's first vintage is now available as a limited release! 2015 was an excellent year welcoming a more extracted and concentrated style of our beloved Pinot Noir.
Our Pinot Noir is a blend of four Dijon clones grown on a single, dry-farmed vineyard in the Cowichan Valley. Fermented with wild yeast, this elegant and age-worthy wine spent 24 months in neutral barrels and was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
